Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions focused on addressing substance use, identifying underlying challenges, and developing a tailored recovery plan. Each session is designed to support personal growth, enhance self-awareness, and build sustainable strategies for long-term sobriety.

Mental Health Therapy

Provided by a licensed mental health clinician to address co-occurring conditions, emotional wellness, and healthy coping skills — treated alongside, not after, substance use.

Tools, education, and support so families can effectively participate in their loved one’s recovery — better understanding, stronger communication, a more supportive home.

Parent Coaching

Supporting a loved one through recovery can be overwhelming. We work alongside parents to provide guidance, clarity, and practical tools to navigate difficult situations, strengthen relationships, and create a stable, supportive home environment.

Boundary Setting

Families affected by substance use learn how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries that promote respect, accountability, and emotional safety. A critical component in rebuilding relationships.

Relationship Repair

Supporting in rebuilding trust and repairing relationships impacted by substance use. Through guided interventions, individuals learn how to communicate effectively and restore healthy connections.

Understanding Addiction

We help families better understand substance use, recovery, and the challenges their loved one may face. This insight empowers caregivers to respond with clarity, reduce confusion, and support recovery in a healthy and informed way.

Housing partnership

Supportive Housing

Eligible clients may have the opportunity to access structured, recovery-oriented housing through one of our trusted community partners while actively participating in treatment at Alma Recovery Center.
